SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders- By registering in the Hitchcock Country Store, you will be able to login and track your order progress as we process it a timely manner.

Shipping- Every effort will be made to assure that your order is processed and shipped within 5 business days of receipt of the order. Arrival time from the time of shipment will depend upon the the shipping company chosen, mode of shipping used and the shipping service level purchased. Questions regarding shipments that are perceived as taking too long should be directed to admin@hitchcockcountry.com or call 615-264-3292.

Returns- ALL PRODUCTS PROVIDED FOR PURCHASE FROM THE SITE ARE WARRANTED FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE AGAINST DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP ONLY UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED IN PRODUCT DOCUMENTATION OR IN WRITING FROM THE HITCHCOCK COUNTRY STORE. MEDIA PRODUCTS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO CDS, DVDS AND TAPES MAY BE RETURNED IN AN UNALTERED, UNOPENED STATE FOR 30 DAYS UNLESS DEFECT IN RECORDING QUALITY CAN BE DEMONSTRATED. SUCH PRODUCT WILL BE REPLACED WITH THE SAME TITLE/MODEL ONLY, PRESUMABLY WITHOUT THE DEFECT.
